In over 150 projects we have developed strategies for digital, have established new organizational structures to drive speed and execution in digital, and developed and launched a variety new business models and products.

Who we are

We are a group of digital enthusiasts who has worked in more than 20 countries during their careers. Our network in the startup and venture capital scene enables us to pressure test ideas and new business models of our clients in the most efficient way and bring them to life much faster than others.

How we work

Business impact is the only measure of success for the work we do. We are proud to work with some of the most respected brands in the world. However, we value the people behind these brands much more than anything else. Together, we are able to conquer fundamental challenges in a digitized world.

Why we do it

Markus and Maximilian

Bloom Partners was established in 2012 by Dr. Markus Pfeiffer. The partners, who previously worked together building one of the leading international innovation consultancies, decided – after many years of experience in the digital sector – to turn their own idea of a digital consulting firm into reality: with new workflows that compare to startups, highest quality standards, an unmet bias for execution and a focus on respectful and mutually-trusted client relationships. Today, our team of 20 digital specialists is proud of their noteworthy national and international clients, unique intellectual capital and the fun they have in their everyday work.
