At Bloom Partners, we live and breathe digital. For one of our clients in the health and lifestyle market we are looking for a Director Business Strategy and Development. The role is within a successful, global company that thrives on the mission to help people live a better life. Positioned in the company's European headquarter in Basel, Switzerland or alternatively with the European team in Hammersmith, UK, your role is to lead the transition process towards a digital enabled future of the company that is already operating in more than 20 countries globally.

Your Career

As the Director Business Strategy & Development you will be responsible for a team of digital experts who are focused on changing core areas of the organization towards a digital enabled process, products and services:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams towards excellent and inspiring project results
  • Identify digital business opportunities from strategic and operational perspectives
  • Establish a team culture that aligns with the organizations leadership principles
  • Create a digital centric awareness within the organization amongst leadership, employees, distributors and customers
  • Develop the digital agenda for the company and drive the implementation process with the team forward
  • Defining of digital performance metrics, keeping the team and leadership in sync about progress
  • Identification of new partnerships (Start-Ups) for future collaboration

Your Profile

The successful candidate is highly experienced in team leadership, holds an advanced university degree, gained professional experience in leadership roles in the digital area (startups, digital units, intrapreneurial) of consumer centric brands, and is fluent in German and English.   • Implementation of plans and processes to drive strategic goals
  • Deep understanding of digital business models, digital transformation, digital strategy, technologies & marketing
